At Pleasantview Dental Art, your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of all our products. If any dental restoration or appliance is deemed not up to standards upon delivery or at the time of insertion, barring any warranty conditions as stated below, we shall adjust, repair, or replace the device at our discretion without charge. Warranty conditions and periods vary for each of the product categories and begin on the date of delivery.
General Warranty Claim Procedure
– Return the original restoration or device to Pleasantview Dental Art within the warranty period. A new prescription order must be provided.
– Send new impressions as necessary together with the bite and an opposing model. Please note that in some cases, pick-up impressions may work better.

Please note that all repairs of any work manufactured originally completed in another dental laboratory are specifically excluded and not covered under our warranty policies.
Abuse, accident/loss, misuse, alterations and/or repairs performed by someone else other than Pleasantview Dental Art Ltd. will also not be covered under warranty.
