Send a Case

Pleasantview Dental Art is constantly improving our services and technology in order to serve our partner clinicians and patients more efficiently and effectively. Please find instructions below on how to send our lab your cases.

Whether you are making the transition into digital dentistry or already familiar with intraoral scanners, sending a case has never been easier. Please find the instructions to submit your case to Pleasantview Dental Art by linking to our online portals for your respective scanning platforms.

Please verify that all digital order forms are filled out accurately with the necessary information and that all required boxes have been checked before submitting. Please indicate any additional parts that are being sent separately.

Option 1: Log into 3Shape Communicate using your web browser and your credentials. Request a connection with Pleasantview Dental Art by entering our lab name or our email: [email protected]. Once your connection has been approved, you will be able to select Pleasantview Dental Art on your scanner to send your case.

Option 2: Send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 780-989-3483 with your 3Shape Communicate email and we can send you an invitation to connect.

  1. Contact iTero Customer Support at 1 (800) 577-8767 and request that Pleasantview Dental Art is added to your scanner for Restoratives.
    Our lab can be identified by using our phone number: 780-989-3483.
  2. After the connection has been established, please restart your scanner and select Pleasantview Dental Art to send your case.

For all orthodontic cases, please use the comment/notes section of the prescription to indicate the appliance required.

Using Medit Link, request a Partnership with Pleasantview Dental Art. Ensure the location of the lab is in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Once the connection has been approved, you will be able to select Pleasantview Dental Art on your scanner to send your case.

  1. Log into CEREC Connect using your credentials and click on My Favourite Laboratories.
  2. Search and add Pleasantview Dental Art to complete the connection.
  3. You may have to restart your scanner before you can send your cases.
  1. Open Carestream Connect on your scanner and click on the partner logo in the right hand corner.
  2. Add Pleasantview Dental Art as a partner by entering our email: [email protected].
  3. Once your connection has been approved, you will be able to select Pleasantview Dental Art on your scanner when sending your cases.

Our delivery drivers will pick up and deliver all local cases in Edmonton and the Surrounding areas. Pleasantview Dental Art also provides timely shipping for out-of-town doctors across Canada.

Schedule a Pickup:
  1. Carefully package and wrap your models, impressions, and all necessary parts in lab bags.
  2. Ensure that the prescription order form is properly filled.
  3. Contact Pleasantview Dental Art at 780-989-3483 to schedule a local pickup, or to request more prescription forms and packing bags.
